A Plus Driving School: Terms of Service & Policies
At A Plus Driving School, we are committed to providing top-tier driver education. To ensure a smooth and successful training experience for our students and instructors, we have established the following guidelines. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to these terms.
Key Policy Clauses
Payment & Fees: All tuition and package fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the first lesson. Please note that additional fees may apply for contract extensions or late-notice cancellations. Students are responsible for any mobile carrier fees related to text or call communications. Please note that a pick-up fee may apply depending on location. Two-payment plans are available for payments made by check, cash, or Zelle.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Your time is valuable, and so is our instructors'. We require a minimum of 24 to 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows or late cancellations will result in a forfeited session fee.
After three no-shows or late cancellations, the course will be canceled and no Certificate of Completion will be provided. If paid in full, the cost of three lessons plus a $50 administrative fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded within the contract period.
Contract Duration: To ensure consistency in learning, all training packages must be completed within 6 months of the enrollment date. Expired contracts may be subject to renewal fees or may be voided.
State Requirements (Teen Drivers): In compliance with state law, adults, and teen drivers must hold a valid learner’s permit. Students between 15 years and 6 months and 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form authorizing participation in the driving course.
Communication Consent: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive school-related updates, schedule reminders, and promotional offers via phone, email, or SMS. You may opt out of these communications at any time.
Road Test Waivers: Upon successful completion of our certified training program, students may receive a certificate that waives the MVD road test requirement, allowing for a more streamlined licensing process.
Graduates can request a FREE Certificate of Completion, which may help unlock lower auto insurance rates and extra savings.
Refund Policy: Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis for unused lessons, provided the request is made before the contract expires. Administrative fees of 50 $ may apply. No refunds will be issued for expired contracts or completed lessons.
